Nail Care Tip: Biotin for healthy nails

submitted by Virginia Beach

My nails used to constantly peel and stay brittle. I read in a magazine about Biotin and what it does for the nails. I went to the health food store the next day and started taking it about 2 months ago. You should see my nails now. They are all strong, long and healthy. I even did this after wearing acrylic nails and I can't believe the results. I have tried everything from Nailtiques, which actually claims to make your nails hard but makes them peel because it contains formaldehyde. I have also tried weekly manicures, which ends up being expensive. Using the biotin is by far the best thing I've ever done for my nails and hair.
