Personal Care Tip: Moisturize under the shower

submitted by dara gore, australia

Tip description / details:
In a hurry and no time to soak in a hot tub? Rub your whole body with good oil; my favorite is apricot. It is light and soaks into the skin. If you are going to wash your hair also, rub it into your face. While you are relaxing under the warm water, your skin pores are relaxing and absorbing the oil. Wash your hair and dirty spots, and rub your body with loofah or face cloth. It will slough off all the dead skin and you are going to feel like million dollars.

Ingredients:
A bottle of Apricot oil from the health store. Cold pressed the best.

How to prepare:
No preparation needed.

How to use:
For the shower or the bath, rub it all over.

Results (observed by submitter):
Skin is moisturized, nourished and soft. Feels great all day.

Costs involved:
botlle of oil
