Skin Care Tip: Keeping your skin clear

submitted by Holly, Bear Valley, CA 95223

Tip description / details:
I used to have a lot of acne, and so did my cousin. One family trip everybody noticed my cousins bright, fresh skin. It was amazing how different his face looked. I asked what he was using on his face and he said all he did differently was give up soda and drink lots of water. I was perplexed that I had been using weekly masks, cleansers, toners, and moisturizers when all I needed to add to my routine was a healthy diet. Of course! I gave up soda and added water. That was almost 15 years ago and everybody remarks (still) how beautiful and glowing my skin is. Drink plenty of water to keep your skin and body hydrated while keeping up with your favorite cleansing and rejuvenating routine.
