Skin Care Tip: Acne treatment for sensitive skin

submitted by Liobov Triufanova, Lund, Sweden

I have a fairly sensitive skin witch is prone to acne breakouts. I have tried almost every acne treatment product on the market, but the one that worked best for me was a combination of Benzoyl Peroxide gel and Aloe Vera juice. I use the 2,5 % gel locally on the pimps in the morning and apply Aloe Vera juice instead of a cleanser before I go to sleep. BP kills the germ responsible for acne breakouts and Aloe Vera prevents my skin from drying out. Benzoyl Peroxide is usually sold at pharmacies (you don't need a prescription for it) and you can find Aloe Vera juice in every health shop.
