Skin Care Tip: Pimples? Try avoiding milk.

Tip description / details:
If you suffer breakouts and those painful, pus filled little pimples, try completely avoiding milk for a few weeks. (You should of course take a calcium supplement to maintain your required calcium intake.) You may find that this helps, and if so you can make the choice to avoid milk in your diet.

I have experimented with avoiding milk many, many times and have found that it definitely clears up my breakouts. Conversely, when I go back to drinking milk, I break out with those hard, pus-filled little zits, so I am convinced that's what causes the problem. Try it for yourself and see. I take 1200 mg's daily of a calcium substitute.
