Skin Care Tip: Lifestyle for great skin

There is nothing that has helped my skin stay in top condition as much as taking care of myself. On the top of my list is taking care of the inside. We actually "feed" our skin every time we put something into our mouths. Eating food that is basic and not highly processed gives your body what it needs to strengthen every cell- yes, skin cells. I also back good eating habits with good quality vitamins that include anti-oxidants. I also have tried grape seed extract and that supports the whole system.

Of course, exercise must be regular which will aide in good sleep habits. These all have a synergistic effect that will help you look and feel 10 years younger. All of these components have had a dramatic effect on how I look and feel. I get compliments on my skin all the time.
