Skin Care Tip: Prevent sun damage and aging with zinc oxide

submitted by Pamela Gallagher, Mineola, NY USA

Sunscreens with at least 4% micronized zinc oxide provide the only true full spectrum block. This is a physical block not a chemical block, those do not provide adequate coverage and can cause allergic reactions. Remember to use this on face/back of hands/decollete at all times. Use the block especially when driving: the left side of the face is exposed even through glass. This will help prevent discolorations and retard aging and skin cancer.

I am 57 and have followed this since age 35 I have no wrinkles and few discolorations.
