Skin Care Tip: Reducing frown lines

submitted by Marian Gittelman, Havertown, PA USA

I'm a 53 year old woman who quit often is taken for being in my late thirties to early forties. Several years ago I started to develop frown lines between my eyebrows. I realized they were coming from me frowning while sleeping. When I woke in the morning I would have a deep brow furrow. Yikes! So I found that (in addition to using sunscreen during the day and moisturizing at night) using clear plastic tape that you get in the first aid isle of any drug store helped control my problem. After I wash and moisturize I tear off about 3 or 4 small peices of tape and place them over where I frown before I go to bed at night. This way, when I do frown while sleeping the tape helps seperate the skin so it does not wrinkle nearly as much. I now look much better when I get up! When I go away I don't leave home without it. I do this every night. I hope this will be helpful to others.
