Skin Care Tip: Be gentle when scrubbing your face

submitted by Chad Ludwig, Louisville

When cleansing my face, I have found that the less pressure I apply when scrubbing, the better my complexion looks. I did some research on this and found that my conclusion was no coincidence. As it turns out, applying too much pressure can actually irritate sensitive skin -- making it worse off than it would have been had you scrubbed lightly. The main point: be gentle.

Now I have cleaner, clearer skin after months of spending lots of money on over the counter products that I didn't need in the first place.
