Skin Care Tip: Essential Fatty Acids and Eczema

submitted by Cielia Kaufman, Calgary, Canada

Tip description / details:
In my experience as an eczema sufferer, I have found that getting my essential fatty acids and omega 3's every day is key to keeping my skin healthy. I live in a very dry climate and if I skip getting my "Udo's" for even a few days I break out in dry itchy patches all over my body (Udo's is the particular brand that I prefer). If you are looking for an inside out way of helping your skin, try it out and see if you can see a difference...

omega 3, omega 6 and omega 9 fatty acids

How to prepare:
You can get an oil supplement with all EFA in it

How to use:
Drink it up!

Results (observed by submitter):
More hydrated skin, alleviation of itching and dryness, and a clearing up of my eczema.

Costs involved:
$20 per bottle
