Skin Care Tip: Exfoliation with baking soda

Tip description / details:
Use baking soda mixed with water as an exfoliant instead of shelling out for other much more expensive exfoliators.

Ingredients:
Baking soda and water

How to prepare:
Just take a spoonful of baking soda and water and mix to make a paste. Use the paste as an exfoliator.

How to use:
Use as a regular exfoliator

Results (observed by submitter):
The baking soda is a bit rough feeling but it makes your skin feel really fresh and smooth and it doesn't cost very much at all. Plus its completely natural had no chemicals or additives and no fragrance all of which can be irritating to the skin.
