Skin Care Tip: Apple cider vinegar for glowing skin

submitted by Anonymous

Tip description / details:
Using apple cider vinegar helps even out your skin tone, reduce/eliminate acne, and give your skin a nice glow. It also helps restore the skins acid mantle. It is perfect to use in combination with a baking scrub/cleanser. Apple cider vinegar has alpha hydroxy acids so regular use of it will fade blemishes as it exfoliates. Now it does smell awful so you could either infuse it with fagrant herbs or add some essential oils to it. You can also just use it at night. It makes a great toner. If you find it too strong you can dilute it with distilled water. Use the raw kind with the "mother" in it, that's what where all the good stuff is.
