Skin Care Tip: Corn meal and skin care

submitted by Anonymous

Tip description / details:
Corn meal is good for exfoliating your skin, (NOT EYE AREA), and leaves skin very soft. You can notice the positive difference from the before and after immediately after use. Easy way to get rid of dead skin cells. Note: if you wet your face before treatment and slide your fingers over your skin, specially cheek bone area, you will notice the difference doing the same after treatment.

Corn meal and small amount of water. Corn meal is used right out of the bag.

How to prepare:
In the palm of your hand you mix a small amount of corn meal and very small amounts of water so as to mix a paste consistency.

How to use:
Using the paste you have mixed in the palm of your hand (corn meal and water)you SOFTLY and in circular motion rub your face (NOT eye area) and remove dead cells; then you rinse well and feel the results. Twice a week

Results (observed by submitter):
This has been the exfoliator I have used for a very long time. It does not irritate my skin and it becomes softer and cleaner to better absorb moisturizer or nourishing cream. I keep corn meal in a small plastic container with lid (to prevent moisture getting in)handy in the shower area.

Costs involved:
very little
