Skin Care Tip: Dry skin brushing

Tip description / details:
Dry skin brushing will exfoliate whole body and encourage the removal of toxins.Using a natural bristle brush, start at toes brushing in a circular motion towards the heart, working up the legs. ( Brush well behind the knees, groin area, and under arms to stimulate the glands to release toxins. ) Continue brushing all the way up to shoulders and arms. Avoid breasts,neck and face, but brush abdomen,buttocks and thighs to help break down cellulite. This will remove dead skin, stimulate blood flow, remove toxins, and breakdown cellulite. Very invigorating. Follow with bath or shower, and if skin is dry, use good bath oil directly on skin while still wet, let dry and soak in if possible. Skin will glow.
