Skin Care Tip: Puffy Eyes

Tip description / details:
A co-worker who is close to 60 years of age told me that before she goes to bed each night she places a clean damp wash cloth on her night table. When she wakes up she places the cool washcloth over her eyes for about 10 minutes before rising to reduce puffiness. Her skin is amazing and she certainly does not look her age. I decided to give it a try.

I've been using this tip and I definitely notice a difference. My morning sleepy eyes have lessened using this technique. The best thing is the price - it's free!! Here's another tip, I bought an over the door hook and placed it over the drawer of my night stand to hang the wet washcloth to prevent the wood from becoming discolored.
