Skin Care Tip: Exercise for skin health

Exercising either the face or body brings blood to the skin surface, this has a very rejuvenating effect for the skin, bringing oxygen and blood flow that helps keep the skin young. Face exercises particularly, when done properly, keep the face firm, and may even increase the size of the face muscles, which can then lessen wrinkles or folds of skin. Face exercises when done persistently can, over a course of months, also have quite a substantial reversal of aging effect by lifting and firming the skin, but this requires almost daily exercise of at least half and hour, initially for several months to receive optimum age reversal, and then continuous exercise three or more days a week consistently to maintain muscle tone and skin firmness

After persistent exercising, my jowls around jaw disappeared, and slightly sagging skin on chin firmed up. Also cheeks lifted, which gave my face a much more youthful appearance (I'm 42 and people think I'm much younger).
