Skin Care Tip: Coconut Oil for the Skin

I recently started using 100% organic virgin coconut oil as part of an overall organic/healthy diet. After reading quite a bit about its tremendous health benefits, I came across a reference about women in the tropics who regularly apply the oil to their faces with the result that their skin is soft and radiantly healthy. I recently started using the oil on my face and hands and already see a difference in smoothness and skin tone. I've since talked with a few others who have had similar results. It's also the best oil you can use for cooking and overall health.
