Skin Care Tip: Moisturizing with Squalane

submitted by Linda Burtch, Flagstaff, AZ US

Tip description / details:
Squalane is a wonderful moisturizer. It is the same ingredient found in sebum, a natural compound in your skin that helps your skin cells regenerate. It's also an antioxidant.

Ingredients:
100% squalane.

How to prepare:

How to use:
twice daily to face, neck and hands. Can also be used on your feet, legs and arms or as a soothing aftershave balm.

Results (observed by submitter):
I have been using Topical Deep Water Squalane for over a month now. I'm 57 and have sensitive, dry skin. I've searched for a moisturizer that makes my skin feel supple, soft and young-looking without being or leaving a heavy, oily, thick film on my face-something that I can use during the day, under make-up and at night as a "rejuvenator". It soaks in quickly and leaves no greasy film on my face. I've also used it on my hands and they too are much more supple and young looking.

Costs involved:
$12-$35 for 2 oz.
