Skin Care Tip: Reversing sun damage

submitted by Penny, McKinney, TX Collin

I needed to repair my skin after years of neglect. I've spent lots of money and time to figure out what worked for me. After spending more money than I want to admit with minimal results I started looking into lasers. I spent hours reading and calling doctors to find out witch laser was right for me.

I have type II skin and grew up in the sun. It is very hard for me to get a tan I really spent most of my time sun burned I didn't use sun screen in the 80's I used oil. I started showing signs of sun damage in my mid 20's and by the time I was 30 yrs old I decided I was going to reverse some of the damage.

So after my research I decided to try Photo Facial IPL. At the same time I started reading about copper peptides and was excided about the results that people had gotten. I did 5 Photo Facials and have been using copper peptides for 3 years with an occasional peel and I couldn't be happier with the results. My skin isn't perfect but I'm 35 yrs old and I'm often told I look to be in my mid 20's. I feel I look 10 years younger.
