Skin Care Tip: Moisturizing with cold-mist humidifier

submitted by Michele K., CA US

After a particularly hectic holiday season this year, I came down with pneumonia. The doctor suggested I use a cold-mist humidifier to ease my wheeze, and my fiance bought one at the drugstore for about $50.00.

Not only did it help my breathing, but to my surprise, after a night in the moist air, my skin suddenly looked amazing! Unlike the puffy moisture that wears off during the day that I've noticed from hot steam, this effect lasted all day. Now, with the addition of the humidifier, I look years younger; my pores are smaller and my fine lines are greatly reduced. Needless to say, I will continue to use the humidifier indefinitely.
