Skin Care Tip: Yoga and walking improved my skin

Going through a personal crisis prompted me (age 52) to start a serious exercise routine for daily relief of stress. I started walking and worked up to 2-3 miles daily-walking briskly enugh to not be able to recite ABC's without difficulty. It was also a given than I would be sweating alot!! This made me feel great but I needed some flexibilty so I scanned the internet for free yoga sites.

I feel and look so much better but was completely surprised when my daughter showed me a 6 month old photo of me BEFORE beginning these programs. My face now looks bright, healthy, more natural color, the wrinkles are much less pronounced, i never would have believed! I am also getting more attention from the opposite sex now. Love it!
