Homemade Skin Care Recipe: Alpha lipoic acid rejuvenator

submitted by Anonymous

Tip description / details:
Purchase 8 oz bottle of Lac-Hydrin Five moisturizing lotion (Drugstore.com). Purchase Liquid R alpha lipoic acid capsules from Gero-Nova.com. open capsules and pour into lotion. Shake. Use all over body and you won't believe difference. I also ingest the tabs but you must go to site to read for yourself. My husband (and others) comment on how much younger I look and it is a good way to treat your whole body well without it costing a fortune. Also, if you do not mind smelling a little "fishy" while at home alone, DMAE liquid can also be added which will really tighten you up.

Ingredients:
8 oz. Lac-Hydrin Five Lotion (terrific in itself); Gero-nova R-alpha lipoic acid

How to prepare:
See above

How to use:
Wash face and pat dry. Apply only when hands are clean. Use in am and pm.

Results (observed by submitter):
Younger, tighter more glowing skin with fewer marks and far fewer wrinkles.

Costs involved:
