Homemade Skin Care Recipe: Crazy for Coconuts

Buy a jar & try this inexpensive head to toe, inside & out multi-beneficial coconut oil! It must be unrefined, organic Coconut oil. There are so many uses, I will go over a few. Cleanse: spread a small amount onto your face to remove makeup, massage, & wipe- love the scent! Condition: conditions the skin & hair, apply to hair about an hour before shampooing as normal Ingest: Coconut oil is healthy! This MCT acts as energy, not storage for your body (fat). It can also combat Candida! Moisturize: Head to toe body moisture with a lovely scent! Carrier oil: I use to to dilute my therapeutic essential oils when applying to skin.

Pure, organic, unrefined coconut oil

How to prepare:
Just spoon out a little, and warm it in your hands. The melting temp is low, at about 75*

How to use:
It's the same as applying any other lotion to the skin.

Results (observed by submitter):
Moisturized, clear skin, with soft & bouncy hair, and a healthy body!
