Homemade Skin Care Recipe: Home facial

submitted by Anonymous

Tip description / details:
Heat a kettle of water and pour it into a closed sink. Add some fresh herbs, such as cammomile, thyme, fresh lemon or orange peel to the hot water. Drape a towel over your head and the sink to seal the steam and breathe deeply of the sweet smelling water, which will open, clean, and humidify the pores. Stay until the steam evaporates and a healthy sweat has produced moisture to the skin. Carefully remove the towel and apply a cool towel to the face to reveal hydrated, increased circulation, and steam-cleansed skin.
