Tip description / details:
This mask not only heals but it rejuvenates, lifts and tones. I loved it. You have to make sure you wash it all off.

Ingredients:
Garbanzo flour (a.k.a. chickpea or gram flour), honey, fine sea salt, turmeric, water to create a paste.

How to prepare:
Mix 2 tsp honey, 1/4 tsp fine sea salt, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp garbanzo flour and a few drops of water to create a paste.

How to use:
Mix together and apply for 30 minutes or overnight. It dries quickly.

Results (observed by submitter):
The garbanzo flour has an amazing firming and cleansing quality. This is an Asian Indian recipe. The turmeric is very healing and cleansing as is the salt. The honey is moisturizing. Make sure you wash it all off with water and the results are fabulous. I've done egg, yogurt, oatmeal but this as a mask was incredible for me. So firming!
