Weight Loss Tip: Work off what you ate yesterday

It is best to run or do exercise when you first get up in the morning, before eating anything. Running causes you to burn calories, carbs, and fat. Since you havn't eaten anything yet, your body will focus on burning the fat that has always been there rather than focus on burning what you've eaten that day so far. Running first thing in the morning will also wake you up and put you in a good mood for the rest of your day.

I run in the mornings right when I wake up in the summer and it makes me not as hungry the rest of the day and it wakes me up right away so I'm prepared to get a lot done that day. It also helped keep me in shape all summer till the fall when sports start.
